Music Is A Great Investment

The concerts of the MIAGI Orchestra move from classical and modern, via jazzy to African rhythms and dance grooves. This summer, the symphony orchestra, which is a mix of a youth orchestra and a young professional company, will tour Europe for the fourth time. Their exciting concerts attract crowded venues, including the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Konzerthaus Berlin and the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam.

European Tour

In honor of the worldwide celebration of the centenary of Nelson Mandela (18.07.18) the South African Embassy, MIAGI and BOZAR present on Thursday July 12, a concert of the Miagi Orchestra in the Center for Fine Arts, as part of the European tour. The harmonious way in which they deal with their diverse origins is a symbol for the South African rainbow nation and for a world that Mandela dreamed of.

Be the legacy

The harmony with which the members of MIAGI Orchestra embrace their contrasting origins and background, playing together with a warmth of spirit that is infectious and inspiring, is a microcosm of Mandela’s dream and the South African ‘rainbow’ nation.

Let us all celebrate the Legacy of Nelson Mandela
